GOOD MORNING! I found the perfect spot for one of the posters from Posterstore! It looks perfect in this corner, I love the colors together. I chose a dark brown frame for this poster, which I think frames it perfectly. You can find the frame here, and the poster here. What has your weekend looked like? Mine has been filled with cooking, yoga, music and watching series. I've started watching Queen of the south on Netflix, which I like! I've also watched Tiger King, which is insane, haha. Have any of you watched it?

Good "mornin", guys! I haven't snapped my look in a couple of weeks now, so I'm very happy that I have a few looks that i haven't posted yet. I feel like every day is just filled with news regarding COVID-19 so I won't post much about it here on my blog. I just want you to know that I'm not ignoring it in any way, and I'm very much aware of everything that is going on. I just want this blog to be an escape from it all, so I'm going to continue to post my looks, buys, cravings, recipes, etc. How are you feeling today?

Happy Monday! So, I made these a couple of days ago. I followed this recipe and they turned out veeeerrry nice. Hanne used to make these once in a while when we lived together, and I've missed having some licorice balls to snack on so I thought I would give it a go. Okay, here goes:
5 dl cashews
3 dl dates
1-2 tsp Himalayan salt
1/4 tsp vanilla
1 tsp coconut sugar
3 tbsp licorice powder
1. Put everything except the dates in a food processor.
2. Blend everything until the cashews are chopped to crumbles.
3. Add dates and blend until dough is achieved.
4. Roll into bite-sized balls and roll in more licorice powder.
5. Lay flat on a plate or in a container and freeze.
So what are you up to these days? I'm just trying to live my best life with yoga, books, long walks in the sunshine, tv shows, and yummy food hence the licorice balls!
